Arranged marriages are always tricky when you don't know your partner well enough. Marriage for me is all about understanding and managing your partner's expectations. Not all the expectations can be met, but setting them out before you start a relationship makes things more easier since marriages are about two different individuals being put together all of a sudden. Once the expectations are defined, it solves 50% of the misunderstandings that could creep in.
I expect, my "wife" to be a partner in crime and have an opinion in household decisions and also stop me when required. She's open to have her suggestions and in no way will her freedom be restricted since she's entitled to have her space. I like women who are independent, ambitious and career oriented but still take time to pursue their passion and hobbies. Having a work-life balance is ideal and I believe reinventing a relationship as a couple is necessary and hence I would like her to be a part of it.
I'm very much attached to my family and would expect the same from her and treat my parents as her own, since I would do the same.
In short - I'm family oriented, ambitious, upright, jovial, organised and a balanced person.
